- Adding more information to the public register of licensed consultants from April 2027, helping applicants confirm whether a representative is authorized
- Allowing the immigration minister to appoint someone to oversee board duties if the College’s board fails to meet its responsibilities
- Establishing guidelines for the College’s compensation fund to support individuals who experience financial losses due to dishonest consultant practices.
