Time is critical when your visa is nearing expiration. We specialize in urgent immigration solutions tailored to your unique circumstances:

  • Urgent Case Priority: We fast-track applications for clients with expiring status, ensuring no gaps in your legal residency.

Whether you’re facing a sudden status expiration or need to transition to PR quickly, we provide the urgency, precision, and empathy your situation demands.

PR Pathways in Canada

Canada offers multiple pathways to Permanent Residency (PR), and the right choice depends on your current status, skills, and goals. Here are the most effective options for Iranians in Canada:

  1. Express Entry (CEC/FSW): Ideal if you have Canadian work experience. The Canadian Experience Class (CEC) and Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) programs reward skilled professionals with a fast-track route to PR.

  2. Provincial Nominee Program (PNP): Provinces like Alberta, BC, and Ontario prioritize candidates in high-demand fields such as tech, healthcare, and trades.

  3. Master’s Degree Pathway: Extend your stay with a study permit for a master’s program, then transition to PR via the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP).

  4. LMIA Work Permits: Secure employer-sponsored work permits to maintain legal status while building PR eligibility through Canadian work experience.

  5. Spousal Sponsorship: If your spouse is a Canadian citizen or PR, they can sponsor you for permanent residency.

Whether you’re racing against an expiring visa or planning long-term, our Farsi-speaking RCIC consultants will identify the fastest, strongest pathway for your unique situation.

FAQ

What are the benefits of using an immigration consultant?

Immigration consultants provide expert guidance, assist with navigating complex paperwork, ensure accurate documentation, and increase the likelihood of a successful application.

Completing a 1-year master’s program in Canada can be a significant step toward obtaining Permanent Residency (PR). Here’s how it works:

  • Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) Duration: As of February 15, 2024, graduates of master’s programs lasting at least 8 months are eligible for a 3-year PGWP, regardless of the program’s length.

  • Pathway to PR: The extended 3-year PGWP allows ample time to gain the necessary Canadian work experience, which is beneficial when applying for PR through programs like the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) under Express Entry.

To qualify for Express Entry under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), you need:

  • Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of full-time (or equivalent part-time) skilled work experience in Canada, classified under National Occupational Classification (NOC) TEER categories 0, 1, 2, or 3.

  • Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score: While meeting the minimum experience makes you eligible, a higher CRS score enhances the chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for PR. Factors such as additional education, language proficiency, and job offers can boost this score.

rocessing times vary depending on the immigration program:

  • Express Entry (CEC/FSW): 6-8 months (average).

  • Provincial Nominee Program (PNP): 12-18 months (varies by province).

  • Spousal Sponsorship: 10-12 months.

Factors that delay processing:

  • Incomplete applications or missing documents.

  • Additional requests (e.g., medical exams, biometrics).

  • Background checks (especially for Iranian applicants due to government service verification).

Pro Tip: Our RCIC consultants prioritize error-free applications to avoid delays.

Yes. All Iranian documents (e.g., birth certificates, marriage certificates, educational diplomas) must be:

  • Translated into English or French by a certified translator.

  • Notarized with the translator’s affidavit (proof of accuracy).

Important:

  • IRCC does not accept unofficial translations.

  • For documents like “Shenasnameh,” ensure the translator includes both the Persian text and the English/French translation side-by-side.

Pro Tip: We work with certified Farsi-English translators familiar with IRCC requirements
