INITIAL CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

This Initial Consultation Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made on

BETWEEN

Jin Xiao of Canada Shaws Consulting Inc. located at 308-5811 Cooney Rd, Richmond, BC V6X 3M1, Canada, with the email info@canadashaws.com and phone +1-672-867-6886, bearing the College of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants (the “College”) Membership Number R512398 (the "RCIC")

AND

  (the “Client”)

For the purpose of seeking initial advice pertaining to Canadian immigration matters and any related issues.

The Client will pay a non-refundable fee of CAD$ 80.00 (CAD$ 180.00 Service fee-CAD$ 100.00 deposit, tax inclusive) for a 40 minutes consultation.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws within the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Please be advised the RCIC is a member in good standing with the College, and as such, is bounded by its by-laws, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

DISCLAIMER: The Client understands and agrees that the initial consultation is provided for preliminary guidance only and is based solely on the information and documents disclosed by the Client at the time of the consultation and may or may not resolve the Client’s matters or issues. The Client further acknowledges that this consultation session does not constitute a comprehensive document review service. As such, the RCIC and the Company do not verify the completeness, accuracy, or consistency of the Client’s full application package, and no responsibility is assumed for the overall accuracy, sufficiency, or outcome of the application. Should the Client retain the RCIC for ongoing matters, a separate Service Agreement SHALL be executed. If the Client chooses to prepare, submit, or proceed with any application independently after the consultation, including relying on or interpreting information discussed during the consultation, the Client does so at their own discretion and risk. The RCIC and the Company shall not be responsible for any refusal, delay, loss, negative decision, missed deadline, incomplete or incorrect submission, or other consequence arising from the Client’s independent actions or use of the consultation advice without retaining the RCIC under a separate written Service Agreement. All final decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities or third parties, and no approval, result, processing time, or outcome is guaranteed.

This Agreement shall become effective only upon confirmation of payment received by the Company from the Client.

By signing below, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Initial Consultation Agreement including the Disclaimer.
