My application process with Jiaxiao Immigration was excellent overall, and I successfully obtained my eCOPR. Special thanks to Lindsay and Leanne. Lindsay was consistently patient and reliable, communication was smooth, and she responded promptly to any questions, making the entire application process very reassuring. Leanne was meticulous and professional, paying close attention to details and even noticing easily overlooked aspects, which was very reassuring. There were virtually no issues requiring repeated follow-ups or causing worry, and any problems were resolved quickly. I'm very grateful for their help along the way, and also to the Jiaxiao Immigration team. Overall, it was a very hassle-free and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs it.

鱼摸959 days agoI started considering working abroad in February 2023. I first consulted with Jiaxiao (Lindsay, a Jiaxiao staff member), who provided patient communication and professional advice. After taking the IELTS exam, Jiaxiao helped me submit my work permit application to Canada from China. Other agencies told me I didn't need IELTS scores, and I realized Jiaxiao was not only professional but also very experienced in handling such applications (I also found them extremely capable during the document preparation process). I received my work permit on November 6th, 2023, and have been living in Canada for some time now. The people here are friendly and welcoming. Those considering studying or immigrating abroad should definitely consider Jiaxiao! Finally, I wish everyone a bright future and all the best!

On one hand, the student visa application process suited our current situation and future plans; on the other hand, during my interactions with the Jiaxiao team, I felt they offered advice and solutions from the applicant's perspective, rather than simply marketing employer-sponsored programs. Jackson Yang1181 days agoWhen I applied for the PGWP, the immigration department required me to provide all my previous academic records. Because of my past tendency to be playful and my poor grades, I had already prepared for the worst. It was Jax and Eleana from Jiaxiao who helped me, told me not to give up, and helped me write an explanation letter. My application was successful in just 20 days. Looking back over the years, everything I've entrusted to the Jiaxiao team has been handled very well and quickly. I hope they continue to improve, and I hope more people can see this responsible immigration company.
